We have two plans to choose from:Ultimate Host
$25 a month (recurring)
As a Premium Host You may schedule up to 4 sessions per month.
Note: A Single Session is no longer than 2 hours.
Sample: Tues from 6:30 pm EST - 8:30pm EST would be counted as 1 'Session' out of your 4 for the month.
A Scheduled Session time might reflect a set up time of an hour before, and then the actual Webinar or You might schedule time just to go in and 'work' in your room. Whether you go in for 1 hour or 2 hours, it is still counted as a 'session'.
In either plan, you will be given access to the appropriate host calendar where you will add your Scheduled Sessions. You will be able to see all other Ultimate Hosts Scheduled Sessions and know ahead of time what slots are taken.
You are responsible for deleting sessions you need to cancel ahead of time. I get text and email notifications for every aspect of the calendars so I can have you as Host when you need to be.
All Sessions need to be on the Calendar with at least 48 Hours Notice. Same with changes.
Once you are in the room as a Meeting Host, you will be able to have complete control of your room throughout your time slot. This includes upgrading participants to Hosts etc as needed. Even create 'New Meetings'.
Remember, You use the same room/meeting over and over. You would only create a New Meeting (which really is a new room) when you want the title to reflect another area for you. Like maybe you have one room for your actual Name and then another Room for a different Business or Training Series.
Note: There is a One Time $10 Set Up Fee for all New Hosts.
